Out Asset Tracing and Recovery team works closely with foreign judicial and administrative authorities and frequently serves as local counsel to foreign receiverships in fraud cases, liquidators in insolvency proceedings, and corruption cases to plaintiffs, directing the domestic legal proceedings, interfacing with the involved enforcement agencies as well as attending to the administration of the Receivership Estate.
